Progress Highlights
  • We continue to market Pearland to prospects for potential relocations. Announced projects include Lonza Houston's new biotech facility in the Lower Kirby District and FloWorks International's new facility on S.Main.   
  • We continue our focus on attraction projects within the health care/life science and energy industries, sponsoring at trade shows and conferences such as the Texas Life Science Forum, Rice Business Plan Competition and BIO Internaioal.  We have developed targeted advertising showcasing recent life science and energy projects and have secured ad space in Houston Business Journal and other publications.
  • We continue to work with developers on retail centers for the community, such as the Costco on Business Center Drive, a grocery-anchored center at Barry Rose and and Pearland Parkway and Stream Realty's Center at Pearland Parkway.
